7. Tekan di atas loyang yang telah digris.<br />
8. Bakar suhu 160°c selama 20 mnt.<br />

Sukatan air bergantung kepada jenis beras yang digunakan.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br /><br />2) Masukkan ayam dengan segera sementara mendidih. Ayam yang banyak direbus boleh dijadikan air rebusan yang lain.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br /> <br />3) Masukkan labu bawang besar dan buah tomato ke dalam periuk ayam.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br /><br />4) Masukkan bahan-bahan tumisan ke dalam periuk ayam juga.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br /><br />5) Kacau sedikit rempah yang telah dicampurkan dalam air rebusan. Tutup periuk dengan tudung. Rebuskan ayam tersebut dalam ½ jam dengan api yg sederhana kuat.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br /><br />6) Selepas ½ jam, keluarkan ayam tesebut dari periuk dan susun ayam dalam bekas. Ketepikan dahulu.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br /><br />Cara-Cara untuk Menyediakan Nasi<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br /><br />1) Masukkan bahan-bahan yang ditumis ke dalam kuali atau periuk yang lain.<br /><br />2) Kemudian barulah diisikan minyak masak dalam kuali dan goreng bahan-bahan tumis sehingga naik bau dan garing.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br /><br />3) Masukkan bahan-bahan yang ditumis dalam periuk air rebusan ayam yang disediakan terlebih dahulu dan masukkan garam secukupnya.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br /><br />4) Masukkan serbuk jintan yg telah dibancuh dengan sedikit air.
